Ski Jobs Europe
European Ski Resorts provide you with the opportunity to spend your season at one of the best resort working in a fun winter job. It should be kept in mind that the majority of available ski jobs in Europe are seasonal and most companies will give priority to applicants who are available to work the entire season.
Europe offers a variety of different options for seasonal workers and some of the most spectacular resorts and ski areas anywhere in the world. The Alps form the backbone of winter sports in Europe, with the major resorts found in France, Switzerland, Austria and Northern Italy. Other great skiing can be found in different parts of Europe but these 4 countries are generally the most popular tourist destinations and therefore where most of the ski season jobs in Europe can be found.
Resorts in Europe are slightly different than those in other parts of the world, most resorts will have tour operators that arrange holidays for travelers in their native country and put everything from flights, accommodation, transportation and meals in a package. These tour companies will then employ staff members to work in resorts performing various tasks and helping coordinate all of the logistics to ensure that guests have an enjoyable time while visiting.
Although Europe does offer some of the best skiing in the world it also has some of the most expensive resorts that you can find. So it is worth considering this especially as European ski jobs are like those in other parts of the world and don't pay particularly well.
One final consideration before applying to work at a ski resort in Europe is that of employment eligibility.
