This position is usually fulfilled by the resort rep, however some resorts employ people to work as a ski guide. In this role you will take groups of guests on the slopes and guide them around the mountain, you are not required to instruct them but must have a very good understanding of the resort in order to cater to their needs, not only in terms of skiing but also in regards of places to stop for lunch, picture points and other mountain facilities.
