As a hotel manager you will be responsible for all aspects involved in running the hotel, this will include dealing with guests to ensure they have a pleasant stay and that all of their needs are catered for, working with local suppliers, organizing staff, planning menus and dealing with all aspects of paperwork and finance issues involved in running a successful hotel.
